Everest Base Camp Trek
Everest Base Camp trek is a life time dream of for many western tourists. To stand at the foot of the world’s tallest mountain Mt. Everest and see high up is many people’s desires. This trek is the perfect opportunity to explore the lifestyle of the Himalayan people, their religion, customs and traditions.
Along the trail one can encounter unique flora and fauna, friendly Sherpa people, colorful festivals and Buddhist monasteries. Blooming of a different flowers like rhododendron, magnolias, blue pine, chir pine, juniper and hemlock make the trekking more delightful for nature lovers. This trek can be completed combining with the Kalapathar Trek.

Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu & transfer to hotel. Fresh up Final Check the Check list the Trekking (Personal) Gears
Day 02: Fly to Lukla early morning, Breakfast at Lukla and trek to Phakding (2650m)
We take a flight to Lukla which takes about 35minute. Upon arrival at Lukla we trek to Phakding by passing some interesting Sherpa village and stone carving Mani walls. Overnight stay in Hotel in Phakding
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.)
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) 6hrs. This day you will trek and cross the river on high suspension bridges. You will walk through the Sagarmatha National Park. You will then ascend quite steeply to Namche and along the way, if the weather is clear, you will see Mt Everest, Mt. Kusum Kangaru, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Konde-RI & Tawache peak in the distance. You will visit some of the village monasteries on the way of trekking to Namche Bazaar. Namche is the main trading village in the Khumbu region and holds a busy Saturday market.
Day 04: Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization
You will rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion around the places. Namche has an abundance of lodges, teashops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook. It is an ideal place to spend a rest day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Tyangboche. For the acclimatization you will walk up to Khunde Hospital which was set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or an hour walk up to the Syangboche (3800m.) where Everest View Hotel is situated. From above Namche you will have outstanding view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse,AmaDablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3850 m.)
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3850 m.) 5hrs. From Namche, the trail contours around the side of the valley, high above the Dudh Kosi. Now you will have a glimpse of first really good views of the great peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru . Passing by several villages and numerous tea shops, the trail descends steeply to a bridge over the river Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga ( 3250m.).The village has an excellent place for lunch and you can take a short rest before making the steep climb to Tyangboche. Although exhausting due to the zigzag path, the trek has numerous attractions like rhododendron bushes, beautiful birds chirping and superb mountain scenery making your trek exciting. Tyangboche is famous for its legendary monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region.
Day 06: Tyangboche to Dingboche( 4350m.)
Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche( 4350m.) 6hrs. You will gradually descend through a forest, cross the Imja Khola and climb steadily up to the village of Pangboche. This is directly opposite to Ama Dablam (6,856 m), and has exceptional views of the mountain, with the Gompa, mani walls and scattered pine trees in the foreground. As you gradually ascend , you will find thick forests but the trail is full of thorny and juniper bushes. A further two and a half hours walk brings us to Dingboche. Here you can see Sherpa people working hard in the agricultural farm.
Day 07: Rest at Dingboche for acclimatization
You will rest at Dingboche for acclimatization and excursion in and around the places. Here you can steeply climb up to Nakartsang Gompa for the rare outstanding view of Mount Makalu ( 8463m.) along with Lhotse, Island Peak, Baruntse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. The another option provided is a small side trip to Chhukung which takes about 2 and half hours to go up and 1 and a half hours to come back to Dingboche. There are some of the lodges which serve you the delicious food items.
Day 08: Dingboche(4350m.) to Chhukung (4730m.)
Trek from Dingboche(4350m.) to Chhukung (4730m.) 3hrs. The trail gradually ascends up to the Chhukung. On the way, you can see summer huts made especially for keeping the lives tocks in summer time. Along this, you enjoy the beautiful mountain views in and around the valley.
Day 09: Chhukung to Chhukung Ri (5546m.) to Lobuche (4900m.)
You will trek from Chhukung to Chhukung Ri (5546m.) to Lobuche (4900m.) via Dongla(4620m.) and it takes almost six hours. From Chhukung Ri you can have a view of Mt. Nuptse (7896m.), Mt.Lhotse (8511m.), Baruntse peak (6800m.),Ama Dablam peak(6856m.),Thamserku peak (6608m.), Konde Ri or peak(6187m.), Tawoche peak(6542m.), Cholotse peak (6441m.) and more. Now you begin your trek to Lobuche via Dongla which offers you panoramic view of the mountains along the way. The teahouse at Dongla is a good spot to have lunch, before zigzagging up through the boulders of the glacier's terminal moraine. At the top of this climb there are many stone cairns, built as memorials to the many Sherpas who have died while climbing Mt Everest. The path then climbs gently along the glacier, to eventually reach the cluster of houses at Lobuche.
Day 10: Lobuche (4900m.) to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5180m.)
Trek from Lobuche (4900m.) to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5180m.) and back to Gorakshep 6hrs. You will have lunch at Gorakshep, take rest and if you feel fine, you can walk to Everest Base Camp (5486m.). You will spend about 4 and half hours trek up to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakshep. The trek is on glacier and snow capped rocks. You can also see many small frozen lakes around the Everest Base Camp and return to Gorakshep
Day 11: Gorak Shep to Pheriche (4255m)
A gentle walk down to Pheriche, just opposite to Dingboche, is a pleasant experience and allows for some great views of several peaks.
Day 12: Pheriche to Tengboche
Returning along the same trail with a possible path crossing between trekkers and yaks
Day 13: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar
A short and pleasant walk to Namche Bazaar through the same trail and scenery
Day 14: Namche Bazaar to Lukla
A long last day's walk to Lukla on the same trail and the beautiful scenery of Dhud Kosi River and the Sherpa villages.
Day 15: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu
Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. You take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu which takes about 35 minutes
Day 16: Kathmandu valley sightseeing
Your sightseeing trip will start at 9 AM in the morning after breakfast. We will provide a private vehicle and professional tour guide. Major sightseeing places are Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Monkey temple, Patan Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel.
Day 17: Departure from Kathmandu, in the morning by tourist bus, Breakfast on the way.
11.00 am :after change the cloth and prepare with rafting gearin the rafting put in Point start rafting on Trishuli River ..
3.00 pm :Lunch and drive to Chitwan by bus. On Your arrival at hotel. at 4.30pm.
Welcome drink and then be allocated to your room. refresh
5.30 Pm: Village tour to ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the them and visit Elephant breeding center, Sun-set view from the bank of Rapti River.
7.00 pm:Dinner and Tharus dance which will performed by the malaria resistant indigenous THARU people, you will really enjoy it.
8.00pm: Dinner.
Day 18:
06.00: Wake up call.
06.30: Breakfast.
07.00: Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An opportunity to Bird Watching and for seeing the rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. + Jungle Walk in the grassland and Mix forest where you may see birds, Mammals ,Vegetation’s and on the way back one can enjoy the elephant bathing.
1.00pm: Lunch.
3.30pm: Elephant Safari. Which will take you to the Jungle where An opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, Wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear and the Royal Bengal Tiger (If you are lucky). You will also may have chance encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.
20.00: Dinner
Day 19:
06.00: Wake up call.
06.30: Breakfast.
07.00: short Bird watching
11.30 :Lunch
1.00pm: Jeep safari to head qarter of national park or Twenty thousand Lake for 4 hours to explore more flora and fauna of Chitwan( See birds, dense forest, Lake, May more animals,Bengal tiger if you are lucky enough.But you will really enjoy a lot.

Day 20: 7.30 am breakfast
9.00am: Departure for Kathmandu . 3.00pm.arrive in Kathmandu. Farewell dinner overnight at hotel
