The trek is the combination of Gokyo Chola Pass and Everest Base Camp in the Everest Region. After arrival at Lukla, your trek begins passing through the beautiful forest of rhododendron and Sherpa village up to Gokyo Lake with striking views of Everest, Makalu and Cho Oyu. After the Chola pass, the trail moves ahead to Dzongla, Lobuche and Ghorakshep. From GhorakShep you will trek to Everest Base Camp and return to GhorakShep following the same route .With this trek you will get an opportunity to experience the lifestyle of the Himalayan people, their religion, customs and traditions as well. The trek becomes memorable with the incredible scenery and the magnificent views of Everest, Ama Dablam (6856m), Kantega (6809m), Kwangde (6194m), Nuptse (7879m), and Lhotse (8511m) and many other peaks.

This day you will trek and cross the river on high suspension bridges. You will walk through the Sagarmatha National Park. You will then ascend quite steeply to Namche and along the way, if the weather is clear, you will see Mt Everest, Mt. KusumKangaru, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Konde-Ri&Tawache peak in the distance. You will visit some of the village monasteries on the way and finally you will reach Namche Bazaar, the Gateway to Everest. There are many good hotels and lodges available here. It holds a busy Saturday market.
Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization .You will rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion around the places. Namche has an abundance of lodges, teashops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook. It is an ideal place to spend a rest day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Tyangboche. For the acclimatization you will walk up to Khunde Hospital which was set-up by Sir Edmund Hillary, or an hour walk up to the Syangboche (3800m.) where Everest View Hotel is situated. From above Namche you will have outstanding view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse,Ama Dablam, Thamserku and KusumKangaru.Day 05: Trek to PhorsteThanga (3680m) 5 hrs
Today, the trail climbs steeply out of valley through rhododendron forest, juniper and large conifers start to appear as the elevation increases making the trekking trail beautiful in spring. The trail passes through Yak Kharkas and summer settlements. The views of Khumbi La and Tawache are magnificent throughout the day. Overnight at lodge.
Trek to Machhermo (4470m) 5 hrsThe trail climbs a ridge for an excellent view both down the valley to Kengtega and up towards Cho Oyu and descend to a river and again climbs steep to the terminal moraine of the Ngozumpz glacier. We will reach at Machhermo by early noon. Overnight at lodge
Trek to Gokyo Lake (4790m) 6hrs Today the trek takes us to, Gokyo Lake (4790m). We will make this camp our base for 3 nights as we will have couple of sightseeing trips around Gokyo. Overnight at lodge
Trek GokyoRi (5483m) & then back to Gokyo 5 hrs.Today, early in the morning we have steep climb up to the top of GokyoRi at elevation of 5483 meters, an ample reward of this trip. There are stunning views of the supper Gokyo valley, the massive Ngozumpa Glacier and an incredible panoramic view of the whole Khumbu Himalayas, such as giants as Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Cho-Oyu and Gychung Kang can be seen. Those who explore the glacier and Gokyo peak are rewarded. This day we will have for acclimatization day and afternoon back to the camp. Overnight at lodge
Gokyo to Thangna (4500m)We commence our trek this day early in the morning enjoying the beauty of the area. We then descend to Thangna. The route follows across the glacier where there is a small dwelling place known as Thangna.
Thangna to Dzongala (4850m) via Cho-la Pass (5368m)This is one of the toughest days of the entire trek. It is on this day where we cross the Cho-la pass (5368m). The pass is steep and involves a glacier traverse on the eastern side where crampons and an ice axe are necessary for negotiating the small icefall at the foot of glacier. The western approach to the pass varies in difficulty depending on the amount of snow. The views offered here are excellent. After crossing the Cho-la Pass the trail steeply descends to Dzongala. From Dzongala you will again enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding peaks.
Dzongala to Lobuche (4930m)This day will be your shortest day of the trek for complete acclimatization. From this point, the trail continues along the moraine from Dzongla providing you splendid views of Kala Patthar and Pumori before reaching Lobuche.
Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170m)Today’s trek is three hours to reach Gorakshep which is our last stop before climbing to Everest Base Camp (EBC). The trail up to Gorakshep is rocky and windy but it offers good views of Pumori and there are beautiful views of Everest Base Camp and glacier. After lunch, when the sun begins to set over Everest, we will hike to the top which is one of the finest view points in the Khumbu region. As the light begins to fade we stroll back to our lodge at Gorakshep.
We reach our goal by trekking to Everest Base Camp at the altitude of 5380m. Contouring along the valley side, the trail leads on to the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and eventually reaches Base Camp near the foot of the Khumbu Ice-fall. After celebrating our efforts and photographing the mountain view we return to Lobuche for our overnight stay at lodge.

Today will be a long walking day. It takes about 7 hrs to reach Chukung. Early morning we commence our trek and we will cross Pokalde Pass (5435) and finally reach Chukung. From Chukung you will have a good view of Lhotse, Nuptse and Ama Dablam.
Chukung to Tengboche (3860m)Leaving the mountains behind us, our descent takes us through various village including Dingboche, Orsho, Shomare and lower Pangboche to reach the suspension bridge over the ImjaKhola River. At this point we ascend gradually through Debuche and then to Tengboche at 3860m. Tengboche is a very popular place in Nepal due to its Buddhist monastery and the superb surrounding mountain views.
A short and pleasant walk to Namche Bazaar through the same trail and scenery.
Fly from Lukla to KathmanduFly from Lukla to Kathmandu. You take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu which takes about 35 minutes
Kathmandu valley sightseeingYour sightseeing trip will start at 9 AM in the morning after breakfast. We will provide a private vehicle and professional tour guide. Major sightseeing places are Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath, Monkey temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel.
