Day 1:
After breakfast, we set out from Thamel and bike/cycle all the way to Budhanilkantha, the sleeping Vishnu, and a distance of about 11km. Then we enter the Shivapuri National Park. After about 8 km uphill on a good road, the gravel jeep track begins on (on which there is no traffic). From there, we can see the beautiful Kathmandu Valley. We go to Gurgu Bhanjyang where we can see the Ganesh, Manaslu and Langtang Himal views very clearly. This is the old traditional way that the Kerung, Tibetan border, Gorkha and Nuwakot connected with Kathmandu. From this point, we begin the descent of about 15km to Thapagoan Satdobata, where we will camp overnight.
Day 2:
After breakfast, we continue 3km downhill and then reach the Chara Bazar and go to the Dhikure Bazar via a normal gravel road and then cross the suspension bridge in Tadi Khola and ascend 6 km to Nuwakot then and are driven back to Kathmandu.
